Sales Strategist

Working directly with the Sales Director to develop and implement a complex and all-encompassing sales plan using advancedtechniques. Individual will develop a long and short term business and sales support plans for major product and service offerings to meet share, volume and profit objectives. Identifies long term opportunities within the market place and works with sales and product management to prepare plans to develop, test and launch new products.  Accountable for sales support, market segmentation, market research, brand marketing, pricing, branding and advertising. Organizes and coordinates the sales activities for the Liquid Industrial business in order to develop and maintain strong brand awareness and maximize short and long term sales volumes and profits. Specific tasks include: o Sales Support - Assist in the development  and execution of key sales programs, initiatives and projects that drive profitable growtho Sales Pipeline - Manage, communicate and drive sales pipeline and ensure CRM database is maintained.o Strategic Planning - Develops and drives strategy to maintain and gain market share in segment, understanding competitive landscape.  Determines segmentation and targeting as part of marketing and business plan.   Accountable to develop strategies for profitable business growth.  Develops both operational (18 month) and long-term (3-5 yr) sales plans for N.A.o Market Analysis - conducts market analysis to determine share, market needs, competitive strategieso Value Proposition Development and provides direction on product/offerings requirementso Contribution of Segment - assesses overall variable contribution & cost to serve and drives improvemento Brand Management - develops brand positioningo Channel / Route to Market - defines channels to customer based on segmentation.o Develops cross-functional working relationships and interacts collaboratively within the Liquid Industrial team and Axalta todevelop and execute the overall plan. o Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work-related experience' MBA preferredo A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing roleo Advanced proficiency with all aspects of MS Officeo Coatings Industry experience preferredo Demonstrated skill in development of sales/marketing tools, strategies and tacticso High energy; creative mind to aid in development of strategies and tacticso Demonstrated success working in a team based collaborative environmento Strong business acumen - Ability to formulate business strategies and to translate strategy into actions, a basic understanding of business analysis and related financial measureso Project management skillso Understanding of the markets supportedo Ability to influence and lead people and various project teams without direct controlo Ability to build relationships, interact and communicate information with individuals in other functional areas and with key strategic accounts or business partners.o Ability to influence others and negotiate a win-win outcomeo Ability to work within a team of product line marketing managers and the greater product marketing team (including programs and communications)o Ability to successfully manage conflict in teams and with individualso Drives for continuous improvemento Ability to dive into complex projects and create a sustainable solution #LI-POST #LI-LZ1

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
