IT Global Portfolio Manager

This global role will develop and maintain a uniform approach to portfolio management and serve as a change agent for continuous improvement through improved/enhanced methodologies. He/She will lead the application and enhanced portfolio management methodology and integrate into the culture. Develop and implement portfolio and project management strategy, training, communication, program and project control/analysis/reporting, process development and tool development. This position will be located in our Glen Mills, PA location. Essential Responsibilities:   Implement portfolio management and governance starting in the Information Technology (IT) organization by modifying the project intake and approval process. Lead the IT Organization in the prioritization & scoring of proposed projects to best use resources (CAPEX, OPEX and personnel) toachieve the optimized alignment to overall business & IT goals across all regions and functions.  Own and evolve the Portfolio and Project management methodologies, maintenance and usage of project prioritization models and otherproject decision tools. Facilitate the governance over the portfolio including identifying, analyzing and managing risks, prioritizing projects, activating or deactivating projects, managing and reallocating the budget, reporting on portfolio performance and monitoring strategy changes both IT and business. Mentor/Consult on key PM concepts and disciplines with Project Managers and IT Leadership on IT and business related projects. Assist with tracking post-integration benefits realization to ensure the business case or goal alignment of each project delivered. Communicate up and down the organizational ladder. Manage metrics and other requests from the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and other IT leadership. #LI-POSTRequirements: An undergraduate degree preferably in finance, engineering, IT, etc.  An MBA would be a preferred. 7-10 years of experience in IT portfolio management Experience in executive management communication Proven financial acumen in building, maintaining and post-integration realization of project business cases Cross-functional leadership skills with International Management experience Program/Project Management skills Risk Management skills Issue Management skills PMP Certification Preferred 3721

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
