Our client in Glen Mills is looking to hire a Payroll Administrator. This is a permanent position paying $40K/yr. The Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all payroll-related documentation. The Payroll Administrator will receive, verify and process all Associate information used to update the payroll and timekeeping systems. Payroll Administrator will also post current payroll transactions in order to create biweekly variance analysis reports as well as biweekly new hire reports. The Payroll Administrator must be able to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements: Payroll Administrator must have ADP experience, excellent verbal communication, and solid understanding of MS Office, Lotus, or other software applications. MUST have at least 2 years of relevant experience, demonstrating responsibility required for safeguarding confidential information contained in payroll files and in custody of paychecks. 2 years of relevant college coursework preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
