The Mail Room Associate is the first processor for all incoming mail.
This position requires you to work both independently and as a team, while maintaining productivity and quality.
This role requires strong organizational skills and a high level of accountability.
Both part-time and full-time schedules are available.
Key
Responsibilities:
Sort and process incoming mail.
Remove mail contents from envelopes.
Count and organize mailing contents.
Review scanned data images for accuracy.
Enter data from scanned images.
Position Requirements:
Highschool Diploma or equivalent Strong Typing, Computing and Data entry skills.
Type 50 wpm or better.
Lift and carry as heavy as 40 pounds.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Use repeated hand, finger, and wrist motions.
Must have Reliable transportation.
