8K a year We are looking to hire a full time experienced medical receptionist for a busy Dermatology practice.
Our ideal candidate has the following
Qualifications:
Energetic and cheerful Fast learner and detail oriented Team player Pleasant with patients and co-workers Extensive computer experience Experience with EMR (knowledge of Modernizing Medicine a plus) Ability to multi-task with a smile Available Monday-Friday (including one evening per week) Excellent communication skills during and after the hiring process This position consists of:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments Cheerfully checking patients in or out Checking insurances and insurance referrals Knowledge of Availity and Pear Portal Closing out providers at end of day Registering new patients and setting up patient portals Answering and acting on both inter-office emails and patient emails Our benefits include:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
