GPS Tracking Support Center Representative (3rd Shift)

3SI, headquartered in Malvern, PA, is currently seeking a Tracking Support Center Representative to join our 24/7/365 Security Center.
This role is an essential part of 3SI's crime fighting mission to deliver live, accurate GPS tracking support to law enforcement with our vision to create a #SaferWorld.
We're looking for an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver, who thrives in a fast-paced and growing office environment assisting law enforcement in a professional manner.
This is a hybrid position with 1-2 days per week in our Malvern office.
The schedule for this position is Friday - Tuesday 11PM - 7AM, rotating into Thursday - Monday 11PM - 7AM one week a month.
Thursday shift will be in the Malvern office.
Prior to the fixed schedule, there will be 3 weeks of in-office training from Monday - Friday 8:

and then cross training in a hybrid environment for 2-3 weeks on Monday - Friday from 9:

Here is what you will do:
o Read maps (similar to our car's GPS maps) and provide clear direction to law enforcement o Provide excellent customer service, while maintaining focus during crime/non-crime situations o Demonstrate conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills o Research/resolve/explain step-by-step technical troubleshooting solutions o Listen and comprehend information shared by others; ask questions to interpret and analyze o Effectively communicate with customers/law enforcement while gathering and recording important information; maintain logs and document all callsHere is what it takes:
o Must be able to commute to/from our Malvern, PA office and work in a security center within an office environment o Maintain a full-time, 5 day per week 8 hours per day schedule (some overtime may be required) o Available to work some but not all holidays o Ability to follow multiple policies and procedures, simultaneously, and in a rapid changing environment o Proficient in Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
o Strong communication skills - both written and verbal o Poise under pressure - engaging with police dispatch during live crime events, strong character, sound judgment, critical thinking and positive attitude o Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task o Fluent in English, required.
Bilingual in Spanish, a huge plus.
o Customer service or 911/dispatch experience, strongly preferred.
o High School Diploma/GED, required.
College degree, preferred.
Great opportunity for recent graduates with a Criminal Justice degree.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
